One of Antigua and Barbuda’s most active youth-focused charitable organisations is calling on young people across the twin-island nation to spend part of their summer giving back — with the launch of the Summer Impact Series 2026, a structured four-week community service programme designed to turn good intentions into real, lasting change.
The Hopeful Hearts Foundation has announced the Summer Impact Series 2026, a four-week community service programme beginning Saturday, July 25, bringing together youth between the ages of 11 and 18 for four consecutive weekends of volunteerism, leadership development, community engagement, and social impact initiatives.
What Participants Can Expect
Young people who sign up will take part in a variety of projects aimed at giving back to Antigua and Barbuda, including community outreach activities, environmental initiatives, educational support programmes, charitable drives, and volunteer service projects. Through these experiences, participants will gain leadership skills, build lasting friendships, and contribute to causes that create meaningful change.
A Message from the Founder
Kristine Louisa, Founder and CEO of the Hopeful Hearts Foundation, said the programme is about showing young people that they already have what it takes to make a difference. “The Summer Impact Series is about showing young people that they have the power to make a difference right now,” she said. “We want to create opportunities for youth to serve their communities, develop their leadership abilities, and understand the importance of giving back while building a generation of compassionate leaders.”
